ON THE DAY

You planned the whole wedding and you want your wedding day to go like clock work without you having to worry about all the details, especially seeing as there will so many people to keep happy. Penelope’s Exclusive Weddings will coordinate the day itself and ensure that everything will run to plan, handling any issues that may arise. Even the best made plans can go out the window, so we will ensure that any unexpected problems will be handled; everyone knows exactly where they should be and what they should be doing and generally to make sure that everything runs smoothly as  possible, leaving you to relax and enjoy every single moment of the day!

This service will include........
On the day photo

Meeting with the couple six to four weeks before the wedding day to discuss all the details.

Then we will contact all the suppliers involved, ensuring that everything will go according to plan and that Penelope’s Exclusive Weddings coordinator will be the main person of contact for everyone involved during the wedding day.

How much does it cost?

Because every wedding is unique and the amount of time needed is different, the cost is based on the time needed to coordinate the wedding day rather that on a percentage based on the overall cost of the  wedding. Therefore please contact  us so we work out what you will need from us before giving you our quote. To give you an idea, our fees begin from £500.
